It’s been a slow time on the blog! Sorry about that. The combined pleasures of having Cathleen at home, shorter hours in the office and a general summer relaxation have me at the desk less (and when I am here I am more likely to be playing Scrabble online with my demon sister, Lucy – four games going at the moment!).

But I make it down to Latika Vihar in the evenings and it’s always wonderful to see the kids in action. Last night was hot and humid but it didn’t seem to dampen their spirits in the slightest . . . Vartika had them practicing a dance (My Heart Goes Boom) which, as you can see from their expressions, they love, in spite of the heat. We’ve got over 100 kids registered for the summer and the place is buzzing with energy and excitement.
