This is Rajesh, the very charming staff person at our Doon Hospital Helpdesk and that fellow on his finger is called Hagrid.  Hagrid is the Resource Centre mascot and he gets passed from one to another on a weekly basis. Whoever has him gets to choose who he goes to next and that decision is made based on some particularly appreciated contribution that person has made during the week just past. Those reasons have ranged from getting the internet for the office sorted to  making complicated arrangements for events, from handling endless requests for more funds to learning the intricacies of the new office coffee pot. We all treasure him while he’s with us, but enjoy handing him on just as much!
