Richa Bansal is a former corporate communications professional (Ogilvy and Mather; Vodafone) who then moved to the social sector in a fundraising role for CRY. During her 3 years there, she developed a strong interest in disability and inclusion. In 2017, she founded Saarathee, a national award winning platform to connect disabled individuals with jobs. She is originally from Dehradun; in 2020, she returned to look after her parents and now lives here permanently.
