So proud that Latika is part of the Cushman & Wakefield family.

We work with many donors, but none have stolen our heart the way C&W has.
Starting with Anshul Jain, whose vision and conviction set the construction of India’s first truly accessible building in motion, it has been a complete joy to be connected to this company.
Our building is being nurtured and protected by C&W’s Ashish Rangari, an incredible professional who never stops guarding our vision and ensuring that our building meets his exacting standards.
We have true friends at C&W like the delightful and adorable Arpita Srivastava,
the magical and energetic Matthew Bouw; kindred spirit Anne-Sophie Curet,
and architect Zainab Mukadam ((big shout out to Nikhil Dongaonkar for his brilliant rendering of our atrium!).
The list goes on and on. Awantika Mohanty never stops coming up with ways to include us and Deepti Kapoor keeps reminding us to laugh and smile and be grateful to live in Dehradun. Riyazat Ali has been with us since the beginning and Gautam Saraf went out of his way to bring a new donor into our circle. Ross Hamilton is a new friend (reminds me of Stephen Fry in his wit and charm!) while Aditi Vij never stops working our corner. Anna Town is a fellow Mom who knows in her bones how important this building is for our children and Natalie Craig is one of those souls who just gets it.
And full circle back to Anshul, who first convinced me that we could actually build the building of our dreams – not with empty promises but with the full support of Cushman & Wakefield – a dream project for the disabled children of India and a beacon of hope for every last one of us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We could not do this without you.
