A graduate with a one year diploma in Nursery Teacher Training, Sarita has a 10 years teaching experience as a Kindergarten prep teacher and 2 years as a hostel matron in an NGO.

Sarita was a volunteer at Latika Vihar years ago when she used to come with her son. She was then a teacher of Maths, Science and English. In 2019, she joined the team for a short period during the preparation of a Talent show. Seeing her talent and energy, she was immediately taken on as a permanent staff member, as the Minister of Games! Sarita is fond of music and dance and takes on games, Art and Craft and other activities with great enthusiasm in the center.
