Rupa has a long-standing experience in education with a focus on elementary literacy and special education. She has taught in inclusive classrooms in international schools across the world.

She joined us as the Creative Head of Latika Vihar in 2019 to enhance the quality of our programs and develop a curriculum using IB’s Inquiry-based, Hands-on learning and ‘out-of-the-box thinking’ methods. Witnessing the success of Latika Vihar, an inclusive social club, Rupa decided to take up the new role as the Director of our inclusion program, Wabi-Sabi.

Her passion is to inculcate a love for reading and creative writing in children. Widely traveled to different parts of the world, she loves to cook, learn Vedanta and do yoga in her spare time.
