Pushpa has worked for the Foundation since 2007, having previously been based at Karuna Vihar School, but despite being a new member of staff at CVT she has already established fantastic relationships with the trainees, and other staff alike. Extremely hard working and responsible, she manages to move around almost unnoticed, quietly and calmly completing her daily tasks, without causing any bother and always making the environment around her Happy!

She is not only a fantastic cook, but a very reliable assistant to all who need her help, acting more as a friend than a colleague. She particularly appreciates being treated as equal with all the other staff, as well as the development in her decision making ability and confidence that she has gained from her job at the centre.
