Megha designs the monitoring and evaluation framework for the organization, trains staff on Salesforce, and is constantly driving data-led programs to create a culture of evidence-based decision making, accountability, and learning. She wants to strengthen the impact of the organization through a data-driven culture, where every child and adult with a disability is counted and followed up on.

Megha began her journey with LRF as a volunteer in April 2012. However, she knew that she much more to gain as well as offer to the foundation and so she officially joined us in June 2012. She is always willing to take on all tasks given to her and is efficient and assiduous in all that she does. Her cheerful nature and patient disposition helps her in working closely with all the centres to synchronize, analyse and monitor data, to ensure there is proper documentation of all records, and submission within the stipulated time.
