Manik joined the Foundation in December, 2007 and soon became indispensable with his vast experience of having worked with other NGOs, his amazing sense of humour and the ever ready spirit of taking on any responsibility. A stickler for time, he is extremely disciplined and will not rest till he has found solutions for any problems that he may be facing.
