Basanti has been with the Foundation since 2003 and has a reputation of being extremely responsible, hard-working, and someone who is always ready to help in any way. All her tasks be it accompanying students to and from school in the vans, assisting in the classrooms, and performing numerous other tasks in the course of a school day are all conducted with joy and enthusiasm which is very infectious!
