It’s almost impossible to come up with something entirely new and innovative for every art and craft session that is held 3 times a week in Latika Vihar. For Archana Pal, that comes naturally. She is a gifted artiste, who keeps churning out these hugely creative and out of the box ideas for her Art and Craft sessions month after month.

This young lady is gentle and yet bursting with energy. Archana joined us in 2008, and what particularly drew her to LRF was its steadfast belief in the concept of inclusive education. Attracted to the study of kids with special needs, she hopes to further her education in the same field. She has done her masters in social work and completed 1 year diploma course in art and craft.
