Architecture Changes Lives (and Why You Should Follow This Blog!)

Accessibility is far more than ramps and Braille signage. It means Universal Design: creating an environment that can be accessed, understood and used by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability.

According to accessibility expert Subhash Chandra Vashisht, India doesn’t have even one full accessible building! So that’s going to be our gift to the country. You can read how we’re doing it by keeping up with this blog. If you aren’t following this blog, you’re missing out on learning how architecture, design and the built environment can transform our world. Plus, we’re having so much fun doing it! (And if you think Subhash is wrong, please tell us in the comments where your accessible building is located. We want to see it for ourselves!)
