Aparajita attended Convent of Jesus and Mary, Dehradun, following which she pursued a Bachelor’s in Psychology followed by aMasters in Clinical Psychology. She also has a diploma in counseling and psychotherapy from IMHAPS and is certified in Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University.

She believes in empathetic counseling through conversations, sensitive questioning and in-depth interviews.

Aparajita’s hobbies are baking, action painting, being in nature, trekking, gardening and fitness. She works out at the gym every day and is also looking to get certified in Ashtanga Yoga since her motto for life is, “The best and most efficient pharmacy is within your own system”.
