The first thing Kirti noticed about the Foundation is how dedicatedly staff work with children, taking everything from their socialization to their motor skills into consideration. Her goal is to keep children happy because she believes they can learn more that way.

Kirti earned her Bachelor’s in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Swami Rama Himalayan University, following which she was certified as a Registered Behavior Technician by the CIRA Foundation. In her leisure time, she enjoys dancing and singing.
