Jyotsana went to school in Dehradun and attended Lady Shri Ram College for an undergraduate degree in Psychology Honors. She then earned a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University. She loves children and finds their company refreshing and energizing.

Her interest in psychology began when she was just a child herself and she thought she could help others as well with it. Jyotsana believes that physical health and mental health go together. Her hobbies include art and painting.
