Randeep heads the human resources department at LRF. In her career spanning 20 years, she has garnered some amazing experiences while working at places like Havells India, Kingfisher, IL&FS, HDFC Loans and Azim Premji Foundation to name a few.

She is an avid writer and has previously written articles for various local newspapers. In her 7 year stint at Azim Premji Foundation, she gained hands-on experience in teaching children of Government school and conducted workshops for Teachers on How Children learn learning.

Randeep is, at heart, a philosopher and hopes to build a culture of appreciation, be it at home or the workplace. Children are her first love, and she finds her work at LRF a way to be reflective, and hopes to give back to society/them in any form, manner or kind that she can.
