Dr Ravi Chopra is the Founder of of People’s Science Institute, a non-profit public interest research and development organization known for its innovative work in the areas of water resources management, environmental quality monitoring and disaster mitigation and response. A key element of PSI’s approach is to build the capacities of the poor to plan their own development, implement projects and manage the assets created.
