Let’s face it: writing the annual report is one of those onerous tasks we would rather put off till the next decade. But like the one mile swim or the early morning jog, we always feel good once it’s done!

It’s heartening to see the year on paper, all those events and developments rolled out into what turns out to be a pattern of steady and consistent growth. The Annual Report is a chance to reflect and consider as well as to plan for the next year. It’s a legal necessity for a registered society, but it’s also a very good discipline.
